satisfying experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully
before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Products (Perfumes)
Due to
the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes and fragrances:
- Products once opened or
used cannot be returned
- We do not accept returns
for change of mind, preference, or fragrance liking
2. Eligibility for Returns
We only
accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged,
leaking, or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in the order
To be
eligible:
- The request must be raised
within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused,
unopened, and in original packaging
- You must provide unboxing
video or clear photo proof
3. Non-Returnable Items
The
following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products without original
packaging
- Items purchased during sale/discount
offers (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards or promotional
items
4. Return Process
To
initiate a return:

- Photos/videos as proof
- Our team will review your
request within 2–5 business days
- If approved:
- We will arrange a reverse
pickup or ask you to ship the product
- Return shipping
instructions will be provided
5. Refund Policy

return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to
the original payment method
- Timeline: 5–20 business
days (depending on bank/payment provider)
If
payment was made via Razorpay, refunds will follow their processing
timelines.
6. Replacement Policy
Instead
of refunds, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same
product (subject to availability)
- Store credit (if applicable)
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before
they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot
