1. Nature of Products (Perfumes)

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes and fragrances:

  • Products once opened or used cannot be returned
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or fragrance liking

2. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, leaking, or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items in the order

To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You must provide unboxing video or clear photo proof

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during sale/discount offers (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Photos/videos as proof
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days
  3. If approved:
    • We will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product
    • Return shipping instructions will be provided

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 5–20 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

If payment was made via Razorpay, refunds will follow their processing timelines.


6. Replacement Policy

Instead of refunds, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Store credit (if applicable)

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Refusal to accept delivery
